Return Policy

Customer can return the product within 30 days of delivery for full refund or exchange, in an unlikely event of damaged, defective or wrong item delivered to you. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Reasons Why You Want To Return Or Exchange Your Order

  • A change in size
    Please check the size chart carefully before ordering, the size chart we have described with each product, we do not accept the return of products when the size customers choose is not suitable. Please contact us via hotline: +1 (919) 666-2111 or mail [email protected]
  • You received the wrong item
    Like we said; We are all human right? Although we double check everything, it can happen that we send you the wrong item. No worries, please send a photo of the incorrect item they received to [email protected] and one of the team will follow it up for you.
  • You received a damaged/faulty item
    Although quality is one of our top priorities, it can happen that a damaged item is sent out by mistake. In this case, you do not need to return the item. You can keep it, maybe sew it yourself, use it as a rag or throw/give it away. The only thing we need you to do is send us a support email ([email protected]) stating your order number and please include a photo of the damaged good. If we can see in the photo it is damaged, we will send you a new item 100% free of charge ASAP

    Also, we would love it if you could tell us the reason why you are returning your item for a refund. We strive to get you the best quality possible, so we’d love to learn from your experience to even up our quality some more.

No Refund & Replacement

*The following reasons are NOT covered by our 30 days Refund & Replacement Policy. We are not liable for these issues.*

  • You want a refund/return because you “changed your mind”. We print on demand and therefore we cannot accept returns with that inquiry.
  • You do not use the link above to have your return request reviewed and approved by our team, prior to you sending your product back.
  • The item(s) have been worn or washed
  • The item(s) have been altered in any way
  • The item(s) are in any way defective from the original and saleable condition unless the condition is our fault
  • The item(s) do not have the original tags on them
  • The item(s) were a Final Sale item, big sale periods such as: Halloween, Christmas, Black Friday, Patrick’s Day, etc.. which are applied their coupon code.

  • If there’s damage or a defect with the item or the wrong item was received, customer must provide photographs of the item received that shows the issue and contact us within 3 days after receiving it via [email protected]. Once we have reviewed this information, a refund will be made based on the evidence provided by the customer.
  • If a package is returned to sender by the shipping courier due to Wrong Address Information provided by customers or Missed Delivery Attempts by couriers, we will NOT be responsible for reimbursement, refund or re-sending the package.
  • Any loss of products due to the security of customers’ living areas (as long as shipping carriers confirm that the order is delivered) will NOT be eligible for return and refund. We will NOT refund in case you REFUSE to receive it either.
  • Shipping fee will NOT be refundable once items have been shipped.
  • If you change your mind and decide to cancel the order after payment, please contact us immediately in 24 hours after your payment is processed.
    If you want to change your order to another item (with the same price only), please contact us and state clearly what you want to change to. They can be changed if they have not in production yet.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected]

Replacement (if applicable)

We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge. We typically do not accept returns, refunds or replacements due to customer errors such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Change and Cancellation requests are only allowed within 24 hours of placing the order. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. Make sure to provide your order number and the modification you would like to make and we’ll confirm once the modification has been made.
